By accessing or using Wolff Pack Family Collective ("Wolff Pack," "the Site," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Wolff Pack offers educational guides about California parental-leave programs, delivered as digital downloads. Guides are personalized based on your responses to our questionnaire.

4. Purchases & delivery

Guides are delivered as digital PDFs immediately after purchase via email and a download link. By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing and contact information
  • Pay all applicable fees and taxes
  • Use the guide for your own informational purposes

5. License to use the guide

When you purchase a guide, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, view, and print the guide for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Resell, distribute, or share the guide with others
  • Use the guide for commercial purposes (e.g., reselling to clients)
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Remove or alter copyright notices, disclaimers, or watermarks

6. Intellectual property

All Site content — including the guides, questionnaire, brand, and design — is owned by or licensed to Wolff Pack and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content in bulk
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and the guides are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolff Pack disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolff Pack's total liability arising from your use of the Site or any guide is limited to the amount you paid for the guide. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [ATTORNEY TO CONFIRM COUNTY], California.
