Refund Policy
The plain version
If something's wrong with your guide, we'll fix it or refund you. Email hello@wolffpackco.com within 30 days of purchase and tell us what happened.
What we'll refund
- Wrong guide delivered. If our questionnaire matched you to a guide that doesn't fit your situation, we'll send you the correct one and refund the difference if applicable, or refund the full purchase if no other guide fits.
- File issues. If the PDF won't open, is corrupted, or is missing pages, we'll re-send a fresh copy or refund.
- Content errors. If you find a factual error in the guide that affects your decisions, let us know — we'll fix it for everyone and refund you.
- Accidental purchase. If you bought by mistake and haven't downloaded the file yet, email us within 24 hours and we'll refund.
What we generally don't refund
- "I changed my mind" requests after the guide has been downloaded
- Requests outside the 30-day window
- Repeat purchases of the same guide for the same situation
That said, if your situation is unusual, please email us. We'd rather have a clear conversation than make you feel stuck.
How to request a refund
Email hello@wolffpackco.com with:
- Your order number (in your purchase confirmation email)
- The reason for the refund
- Anything we should know about your situation
We respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds typically process to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can almost always resolve concerns directly and faster than the chargeback process.
